RIC@Brampton is hosting a Lunch & Learn workshop on organizational design. In the workshop we will discuss the need for a plan especially in a start-up business. The focus will be organizational design but the principles will apply to other aspects of the business. Practical tools will be provided to the participants to aid them in developing their organization.
